The short answer: at Royal Medical Spa, laser hair removal runs $50 to $500 per session depending on the zone, and permanent reduction typically takes 6–8 sessions spaced 4–8 weeks apart — so a complete course lands between $300 (a small zone) and $4,000 (full body).

Per-session pricing, by zone.

ZonePer sessionTypical course (6–8 sessions)
Small (lip, chin, neck, areola)$50$300–400
Underarms · Bikini$100$600–800
Lower face$135$810–1,080
Brazilian · Full face$150$900–1,200
Partial arms · Partial legs$125–175$750–1,400
Full arms · Chest · Back$175$1,050–1,400
Full legs$250$1,500–2,000
Full body$500$3,000–4,000

What actually drives the total.

  • Sessions, not the session price. Hair grows in cycles, and the laser only catches follicles in their active phase — that's why 6–8 sessions spaced 4–8 weeks apart are needed for permanent reduction. Anyone promising one-and-done is selling something.
  • Zone size and hair density. A lip takes minutes; full legs take the better part of an hour. Denser, coarser hair may sit at the higher end of the session range.
  • Your skin and hair contrast. Our DiolazeXL diode laser is cleared for all six Fitzpatrick skin types — including darker skin tones where older laser systems weren't safe — but your assessment sets the exact settings and plan.

Why a course beats forever-waxing.

Waxing and shaving are recurring costs with no endpoint — you pay for the same hair, every month, indefinitely. A laser course is a defined spend with a defined end: 6–8 sessions, then occasional touch-ups if needed. For most zones, the crossover point where laser becomes the cheaper option arrives within a couple of years, and the time saved starts immediately.

Laser at Royal Medical Spa is performed by founder Carolyn Thai — InMode DiolazeXL certified, with thousands of sessions across every skin type — with Torri Bennett, RPN also certified on the platform. Sessions for small zones take about 20 minutes.

Quick questions.

Plan on 6–8 sessions spaced 4–8 weeks apart. Hair grows in cycles and the laser only disables follicles in their active growth phase, so a single session can't reach them all — no matter what a promotion promises.
Yes. The DiolazeXL diode laser we use is cleared for all six Fitzpatrick skin types, including skin tones where older laser and IPL systems weren't safe. Your settings are confirmed at an in-person assessment before the first session.
The clinically accurate term is permanent hair reduction: the large majority of treated follicles are permanently disabled after a full course. Hormonal changes can wake dormant follicles over time, which an occasional touch-up session handles.
